If your item is defective, incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To start the process, please email us at support@drillripton.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions via email.

Shipping typically takes 9–14 business days after your order is processed. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
